Thanksgiving is NOT my favorite month. So, I was thrilled when this family saved me for an hour or so and let me take pics on the big turkey day. It gave me something to look forward too. And I had a great time hanging out with them for a while.
You guys, these two are going to be the best parents to any new baby that comes into their home. I can't wait for them. They are looking to adopt and they are so deserving. The two darling kids you see here come from the dad's first marriage. They can't wait for another little sibling either.
This little one had the thickest, creamiest frosting I have ever tasted! She smeared it all on her face and then rubbed it in. It was the cutest thing ever. She also has the best facial expressions. She goes from bored, to happy to mad and then back again. It was so fun to capture each mood. I can't believe she's going to be one. I remember when she was born and I got to snap her pics at the hospital!
Don't let that darling baby face fool you, this sweet little girl wanted nothing to do with me. She loves her mama and was nervous every time I got close. Maybe it's because she could sense that I wanted to keep her. I'm determined to win her over some day. She and her brother are the cutest!
It's so fun for me to see extended families interact. The siblings, the cousins, the in-laws. It's always a big party. This family is full of boys! Ten brothers and one sister!!! I got to photograph nearly all of them.
