C Family

We braved the wind and smoke to be able to shoot at this beautiful location the night we had planned. They closed the road right after we pulled off to Saltair because the fire was so close to the cars.

But we made it. And it was beautiful. I love how the colors pop off of the pale sandy, salty ground. I love how wide open it feels. I love how I can almost imagine I'm at a tropical beach ... almost.

This family is so much fun. I was happy to get to shoot their pictures again. That little sweetheart is full of spunk and sass. I couldn't have asked for a better 5-year-old. That handsome young man smiled for me the whole time. What a trooper!
