See this beautiful mama? She's one of my heroes. She spends countless hours helping grieving mothers in their time of need. I met her 10 years ago when she came to the hospital as a volunteer after my baby Luca died. I'll never forget how carefully she cradled him and kissed his cheeks. It touched my heart that she held him close and treated her like he was her own. Grief brought us together - she too has a guardian angel baby looking over her and her family. I'm so thankful for her and all she does for others. And although I don't see her nearly as much as I would like, she will forever remain one of my truest friends.
